Thank you for your replies. His GI doc wanted him to do the feedings overnight so he could still be hungry during the day to eat what little solid food he was eating. She thought it would be easier for me, but not so! Getting no sleep was making me miserable. He gets the G tube on the 19th of this month, so we’ll see if we can do night feeds then. Sometimes bolus feeds during the day aren’t quite as convenient. It seems like we have to plan everything around his feedings. I still want him to eat what little he is and not rely on the tube so much during the day. Thanks again for replying to my post. It is greatly appreciated.
